This toner from COSRX is an effective toner for flaky and dry skin caused by lack of moisture and occurring dead skin cells, helping to prevent occurence of whiteheads and blackheads.
It contains mineral water (as opposed to purified water) for healthier skin and natural BHA to clean away dead skin cells. Also contains important substances like allantoin which provides moisture and nutirition for hydrated and smoother skin.
Recommended for all skin types including sensitive skin.
After cleansing, soak an ample amount of the toner in a cotton round. Wipe face gently and pat it dry to absorb excess liquid. Follow with your normal routine.
