After applying your moisturizer, shake this product thoroughly and apply ample amount to face and neck and or other parts of the body. Pat skin until well absorbed.
Follow with your BB cream or makeup.

For best sun protection, apply at least 1/4 tsp of the suncreen. This is the recommended amount that one should use to get the full benefits of a sunscreen.

Reapply as needed: every 2 hours or after 40 mins. of water activity and or profuse sweating.
